The Libertas Center, located at NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, works for the humanitarian needs of survivors of torture and victims of persecution. They provide survivors of torture and human rights violations in the NYC area with medical, mental health, social and legal services to help them regain function and lead healthy, confident, and hopeful lives. Join us to learn more about this organization and related resources. All are welcome.

Learn about no-cost Medicaid, options for low-cost insurance under the Affordable Care Act, and get your questions answered. Get information or enroll on site one-on-one with one of Callen Lorde Community Health Center’s culturally competent insurance navigators.

Callen-Lorde provides sensitive, quality healthcare and related services targeted to New York's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities.
